Quiet hotel with great wi-fi, the location was marvellous close to the port. The stuff was helpful and around most of the time. We had new-fashioned and spotless room with smoke detectors. The vibe here was quiet! Parking was nearby and we didn't mind paying extra £ 30 per day Everything was simply great.

The rooms at Queen Medina Centro Storico were amazing! They had everything I needed like a desk, kettle, fridge, and a flat-screen TV. It made me feel right at home. I loved that some of the units had a patio with a city view. It was such a treat to enjoy my morning coffee while taking in the sights. The air conditioning in the rooms was a lifesaver, especially during those hot summer days. It kept me cool and comfortable throughout my stay. The private bathroom was well-equipped with a bidet and free toiletries. It had everything I needed to freshen up after a day at the beach. The quadruple room I stayed in had a private entrance, which gave me a sense of privacy and seclusion. The soundproofing and tile/marble floor added to the cozy ambiance. Having a wardrobe in the room was so convenient. It helped me keep my clothes organized and easily accessible. The property also offered air-conditioned rooms with a safety deposit box. It gave me peace of mind knowing that my valuables were secure.
Personally, I didn't enjoy the cable TV in the double room. I preferred exploring the city and soaking up the sun at the beach instead.

Great location near historical sites and the waterfront. Comfortable room with a large private terrace. the host provided useful information about nearby restaurants.
Mosquito problem when keeping the window open at night. Limited English spoken by the host for practical information about the city.

The location of the hotel is perfect for business travelers as it is conveniently close to the port, making it easy to access the ferry for onward travel. it is situated near many popular sights, allowing for a quick and convenient exploration of the city. the rooms are well-furnished and maintained to high standards, with comfortable beds and spotless cleanliness. the bathroom features a fantastic shower with plenty of hot water, offering a refreshing experience after a long day of work. the manager, Gianluca, is incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond to ensure guests have everything they need.
Although the breakfast is included, it is served in a cafe located about 400 meters away from the hotel. While the pastries and coffee provided may not qualify as a full continental breakfast, it is still a decent option for a quick bite before heading out for the day.

I recently stayed at Queen Medina in Naples for a week as a solo traveler. The location was perfect, situated at the crossroads of major tourist areas and close to metro stops. The building felt safe with a guardian and police station nearby. The B&B itself was beautiful, clean, and quiet. The room was well-equipped with a comfortable bed and daily cleaning service. The owner, Gianluca, was an amazing host who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, providing helpful tips and even driving me to the airport. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Totally recommend this hotel.
